Property Manager
We are delighted to introduce Georgia Higgs, our Property Management Team Leader.
Georgia began her real estate career with Ray White in early 2019 as a Receptionist.
A swift learner with a keen eye for detail, she quickly discovered her passion for Property Management. After completing her full registration in May 2019, she joined an established Property Management team, where she built a strong foundation in all aspects of residential property management.
Driven by a desire to continually learn and grow, Georgia also gained experience in Trust Account Support and Sales Administration, developing a well-rounded understanding of the day-to-day operations of a real estate business and becoming a valued all-rounder within the team.
In 2023, Georgia joined the team in the role of Senior Property Manager with Ray White, where she successfully managed her own portfolio and built a reputation for delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and consistently exceeding her clients' expectations.
Georgia’s dedication and commitment to the industry were recognised in 2025–26 when she was proudly awarded Ray White WA Property Manager of the Year, an achievement that reflects her strong work ethic, professionalism and passion for Property Management.
Having demonstrated strong leadership, dedication, and a genuine passion for the industry, Georgia has since stepped up into the role of Property Management Team Leader. In her current position, she leads and supports the Property Management team across Ray White Broome, Derby and Port Hedland while continuing to provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants. She is passionate about mentoring her team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring every client receives a professional, proactive, and personalised experience.
Georgia's commitment to excellence, approachable nature, and extensive knowledge of Property Management make her an invaluable leader and a trusted point of contact for both her team and clients.
