TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Ray White Port Hedland, located at Shop 21, 9-31 Throssell Road, South Hedland, WA 6722, ABN 92 666 885 874, (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who:

• Are the legal owners of residential investment property located in Port Hedland, South Hedland, or Wedgefield, Western Australia;
• Sign a valid Property Management Authority with Ray White Port Hedland during the Promotional Period.

3. Promotional Period

The competition commences on 3 November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 17 December 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, eligible participants must:

• Sign a new Property Management Authority with Ray White Port Hedland during the Promotional Period.

4.2 One (1) entry will be awarded per eligible property managed under a valid agreement.

5. Prize

5.1 One (1) winner will receive 6 or 12 months of free Gross Collection Fees for day-to-day management of one property managed by Ray White Port Hedland.

5.2 The prize excludes:

• Letting fees;
• Marketing fees;
• Property condition reports, routine inspections, final bond inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections;
• Administration fees;
• Repairs and maintenance;
• Tribunal representation costs;
• Court fees or legal costs;
• Any services or fees not typically included in a standard management package.

5.3 The prize is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and must be used for the property subject to the winning agreement.

5.4 Early termination of the management contract will void the prize claimed nd make all standard fees applicable, including retrospective charges that the prize previously waived.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 The draw will take place at Ray White Port Hedland on 18 December 2025.

6.2 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.

6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

7. Use of Information and Marketing

7.1 By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information to administer the competition and for marketing purposes in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

7.2 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities without compensation, including but not limited to the use of their name, suburb, and photos for promotional purposes by Ray White Port Hedland.

8. General Conditions

8.1 This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 (WA) and the Australian Consumer Law as contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.

8.4 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.

8.5 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the promotion.

9. Authorised Under WA Law

This competition and its advertising materials comply with all relevant Western Australian legislation governing promotional trade lotteries.
