Ray White Port Hedland is seeking an enthusiastic, vibrant and genuine person with the right personality to be our Director of First Impressions (also known as a Receptionist).

As our “Director of First Impressions”, you will be the face of the business at front of desk, greeting clients and directing enquiries while undertaking a number of administrative support duties. The successful candidate must have a current driver’s license, great attention to detail, have exceptional computer and customer service skills and thrive working under pressure to meet strict deadlines. The role is a great introduction to real estate! To begin with the role will involve general administrative tasks, and as you become more confident in the role and industry, the capacity for growth within the real estate industry is unlimited.

We are seeking a gun Sales Consultant to join our sales team who has high energy and ready to hit the ground running. This role is ideally suited to an experienced, registered Sales Consultant looking for growth opportunities.

Sales Team Leader

Ray White Port Hedland & Broome & Derby is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our passionate team on a part-time basis. As the Sales Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring our Sales Departments across multiple locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong real estate sales knowledge and exceptional leadership skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing day-to-day training, support, and advice to all Sales Departments. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess a deep understanding of real estate sales. Collaboration with the Office Manager, Managing Director, and Board will be essential for the efficient functioning of all offices.
