Property Management Assistant

Ray White Port Hedland is seeking an enthusiastic Property Manager’s Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic junior level role if you’re looking to enter the real estate industry or you’re looking for further support and growth in this position.

You will be provided with a high level of support and training in this role.  The team is led by an experienced Team Leader, and two Property Managers running the portfolios. You’ll be working alongside another PM Assistant and a Business Development Manager in the office.

This role is a great introduction to Property Management and to begin with the role will involve supporting the Property Managers by conducting property inspections, and build into admin support in the day-to-day running of the portfolios. As you become more confident in the role and industry the capacity for growth is unlimited.

Sales Team Leader

Ray White Port Hedland & Broome & Derby is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our passionate team on a part-time basis. As the Sales Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring our Sales Departments across multiple locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong real estate sales knowledge and exceptional leadership skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing day-to-day training, support, and advice to all Sales Departments. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess a deep understanding of real estate sales. Collaboration with the Office Manager, Managing Director, and Board will be essential for the efficient functioning of all offices.
